  2. Try to control stress levelsReducing the stress level can help maintain physical and mental health. Stress can be minimised by using relaxation techniques, such as meditation, yoga, etc.
  3. Get enough sleepTry to get a sleep of 7-8 hours.This improves your health, coping ability, mood, weight, control, memory power, attention span, and other aspects. You should avoid screentime before bed, and avoid stimulants like alcohol, caffeine, etc.
  4. Exercise regularlyExercise during and post the cancer treatment. This can help reduce weight gain and loss of strength. You should develop a safe fitness routine, including aerobic activity etc.
  5. Consume healthy dietA healthy diet can help you manage the cancer side effects, recover quicker, and improve your health as well. It may also lower your future risk of cancer. You should include vegetables in every meal, fibre-rich foods, probiotic and prebiotic foods, less red meat, etc.
